Hodgson Park is a young Morgan stud with the aim to produce Morgan horses, whether for performance, pleasure or both, where temperament allows a partnership that brings enjoyment.

Although only producing a small number of foals each year, you can be assured that Hodgson Park progeny have been bred and raised with the greatest care. Both mares and stallions are selected primarily for their temperament, but without sacrificing confirmation, trainability and versatility.

Initially our foals were by RanchBoss Cortez, an amazing buckskin Morgan stallion who consistently passes his temperament and versatility onto his foals. With this in mind we were very excited to be able to purchase of Wilga Park Conquistador (RanchBoss Cortez x Mt Tawonga Natasha). Conquistador will be both a riding horse for Rachel as well as being used for breeding.  His first foals were born in 2015 – 2 at Hodgson Park and 1 at Wilga Park in Queensland.  All 3 foals are exceptional and have confirmed his ability to pass on his wonderful temperament, conformation and movement to his progeny.
